- Design and maintain automated test scenarios for UI, API, and regression tests aligned with business requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that automated and manual test results support regulatory expectations.
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis or related role within a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially SQL for data analysis.
- Experience developing automated testing solutions using modern frameworks like Selenium.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to lead small to midsize technology initiatives from requirements through delivery.
