Sr Systems Administrator I

What you'll do

• Manage the Endpoint Engineering support queue for prioritization and timely resolution of incidents.
• Own operational initiatives to enhance security, reliability, and compliance in endpoint environments.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or recurring technical issues from Service Desk teams.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics related to endpoint health, compliance, and performance.
• Partner with Security teams to track, remediate, and resolve risk issues within defined SLAs.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in systems administration with a focus on endpoint engineering.
• Expertise in modern endpoint management platforms like Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace concepts and practices.
• Experience in endpoint security, patching, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record of delivering operational projects in complex environments.
• Deep technical expertise in troubleshooting complex endpoint issues at scale.
