As a Sr. Software Engineer at Southwest Airlines in the Talent & Org Strategy department, you will drive the technical direction and feature roadmap of large-scale cloud systems for the Digital Team, contributing to development teams as a technical lead. Your day-to-day responsibilities include determining operational feasibility through analysis and discussions with product managers and customers, supporting continuous improvement by exploring new technologies, and mentoring junior engineers. You will build and maintain shared UI component libraries compliant with accessibility and internationalization standards using JavaScript ES6+, React.js, Redux Toolkit, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Git.
