What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of backend services or distributed systems software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Go, Java, or C++ for building reliable production services.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Envoy, Prometheus, and other CNCF ecosystem tools.
  • Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices and modern deployment patterns.
  • Background in hybrid/multi-cloud architecture and on-prem data center management.
  • Understanding of security principles like Zero-Trust architecture and mTLS.
