What you'll do

5+ years of experience in signal integrity design and simulation for high-speed interfaces.
Hands-on use of EM SIPI simulation tools like ANSYS, ADS, Hyperlynx, Sigrity.
Proficiency with VNAs, oscilloscopes, and high-fidelity probing techniques.
Experience participating in schematic and design reviews.
Knowledge of ECAD tools such as Mentor Xpedition for schematic and layout.
