What you'll do
Conduct independent research and design advanced experiments for process development.
Implement process scale-up from laboratory to commercial manufacturing scales.
Manage process development activities at external supplier sites when required.
Participate in risk assessments, deviation investigations, and GDocP practices.
Apply statistical experimental design and process modeling techniques effectively.
What we're looking for
BS/MS in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
PhD in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical drug substance processing and process scale-up.
Knowledge of cGMP, GDocP, and Process Analytical Technologies (PAT).
Skills in statistical experimental design and organic chemical synthesis.
