We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Content Supply Chain Product team at Target, responsible for establishing and scaling an AI Content Creation Center of Excellence. The role requires expertise in access models, permissions, usage controls, reporting, and platform administration, along with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the governance operating model for AI content creation capabilities.
  • Facilitate prioritization of AI content creation use cases based on business value, feasibility, readiness, and risk.
  • Partner with Responsible AI to embed responsible AI requirements into governance standards and playbooks.
  • Define monitoring, reporting, and traceability mechanisms to track adoption and consumption of AI tools.
  • Own access, RBAC, permissions, workspaces, token/credit oversight, and usage reporting for AI platforms.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience scaling products in MarTech or related fields
  • Experience standing up and scaling AI Centers of Excellence across complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of content creation workflows, marketing technology, and enterprise platform adoption
  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and facilitate decisions among stakeholders
  • Familiarity with various Generative AI models and operational considerations for governance and scale
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority across cross-functional teams
  • Experience partnering with Responsible AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, and Creative teams
