What you'll do
- Develop and execute transfer strategies for complex products across global sites.
- Create comprehensive transfer packages including process flows, work instructions, and control plans.
- Establish new Workcenters by qualifying layout, tooling, and equipment validation.
- Ensure replication of production performance metrics at receiving factories.
- Lead build validation and ramp-up reviews to ensure production readiness.
- Evaluate prototype manufacturing practices to optimize process flows for quality.
- Write and validate assembly and test processes used in manufacturing.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with factory transfer, line replication, new site setup, and complex assembly manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in SAP/MRP systems and LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into effective reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
