Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, Global Security Design & Engineering

What you'll do

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for Global Security technology platforms.
• Develop long-term platform strategies including modernization roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
• Design end-to-end system solutions meeting functional, operational, and security requirements.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistent system usage across all Global Security platforms.
• Serve as primary liaison between Global Security, GSDE, Enterprise Technology, and business units.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for architectural designs.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance Global Security capabilities.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in security systems architecture or enterprise technology.
• Deep expertise in physical security platforms including access control and video management.
• Proven track record designing complex multi-platform enterprise-scale systems across geographies.
• Strong understanding of system integration, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions effectively.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams and influencing technical decisions across organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud environments, and security data platforms preferred.
