What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in large customer implementation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • 5+ years of experience with agile methodologies and managing payors' needs.
  • 4+ years of independent deliverable management and effort estimation.
  • Strong technical skills for developing and managing multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Experience working with external vendors supporting various health programs.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business and technical problems collaboratively.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
