Adobe Firefly’s Generative AI Services team is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and development of core GenAI services and APIs, integrating generative models into Adobe’s flagship products. This role involves collaborating with Adobe Research and other model developer teams to optimize GPU-accelerated pipelines for both training and inference, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Ideal candidates have a strong background in machine learning, including production-scale deployments, and experience leading large-scale, GPU-intensive systems. Proficiency in PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, Python, and understanding of diffusion models, transformers, and GANs is essential. Additional preferred skills include expertise in model serving, inference, orchestration, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and MLOps platforms.

What you'll do

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in machine learning with production-scale deployments.
2+ years of experience leading GPU-intensive generative AI systems.
Proficiency in PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, and Python.
Expertise in diffusion models, transformers, and GANs architectures.
Strong communication and leadership skills for matrixed organizations.
