What you'll do

  • Translate strategic business goals into cohesive enterprise-level architectural roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise capability map using domain knowledge in QSR domains and TOGAF methodologies.
  • Perform current-to-target state gap analysis to ensure digital investments align with business strategy.
  • Define end-to-end enterprise valuestreams by applying TOGAF principles for process optimization.
  • Facilitate architectural review board sessions, communicating impacts on the enterprise capability map and valuestreams.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and TOGAF framework methodologies.
  • Deep domain expertise in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) technology areas such as menu, ordering, supply chain, kitchen operations, franchise management, restaurant technology, marketing, and loyalty systems.
  • Proven ability to create and evolve architectural artifacts including principles, standards, and patterns for new solutions.
  • Strong capability in conducting current-to-target state gap analysis using enterprise Capability Maps.
  • Experience leading Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Technology (PoT) evaluations for technology selection aligned with global strategy.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating architectural review board sessions.
