  • Champion DRM practices and gather high-quality VOX input to define solutions that optimize business outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach development team members to build a sustainable pipeline of talent.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Medical device industry experience with knowledge of new product development and DRM.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with influence management abilities.
