What we're looking for

10+ years of software or data engineering experience with at least 5 years in management.
Proven leadership in developing large-scale data platforms or enterprise systems.
Hands-on expertise with generative AI tools and LLM integration.
Strong background in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Deep understanding of data engineering best practices for integrity and efficiency.
Experience building forward-deployed engineering teams embedded with business partners.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
