As a Senior Oracle EPM Engineer at T-Mobile, you will join the FP&A Business Partners team to design and build scalable planning solutions using Oracle EPBCS. Your day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, developing driver-based models, and optimizing application performance through Groovy scripting and metadata management. You’ll collaborate with global engineering teams and FP&A stakeholders to deliver high-quality connected planning applications, ensuring seamless integrations via OIC and Data Management technologies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of EPM platform experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining clear communication across technical and business domains.
Develop business rules and calculations using Groovy scripting in Oracle EPM platforms.
Support application performance optimization and metadata management for usability improvements.
What we're looking for
5+ years of software engineering or EPM Platform experience with Oracle or OneStream.
3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / Planning Cloud.
Proven track record owning end-to-end solution design for enterprise EPM implementations.
Strong experience developing business rules and calculations within Oracle EPM platforms.
Experience supporting integrations using OIC, Data Management, Data Exchange technologies.
Demonstrated ability to translate FP&A business requirements into technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
