What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of scalable privacy solutions for enterprise-wide data protection.
Translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for privacy workflows.
Conduct formal technical reviews to ensure new platform features adhere to Privacy by Design principles.
Evaluate and manage the implementation of PrivacyOps tools to enhance compliance efficiency.
Establish performance metrics for complex privacy operations, including automated DSAR fulfillment.
Serve as a liaison across departments to communicate complex privacy concepts and influence best practices.
Mentor team members on advanced privacy engineering techniques and tool usage.

What we're looking for

Expert-level understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and NIST.
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end automation for complex privacy operations.
Experience integrating PrivacyOps platforms with databases and data lakes.
Demonstrated history of developing and resolving complex models and procedures in data privacy engineering.
Ability to apply privacy expertise to improve organizational privacy posture and measure impact.
Mentorship skills to elevate the overall privacy engineering capability of the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
