This role involves collaborating closely with data architects, solution consultants, and product engineering teams to capture customer requirements, develop robust data integration solutions, and build scalable data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, MongoDB, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a background in Python programming, particularly PySpark, and be adept at managing large-scale data processing workflows while fostering innovative design principles within the team. Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is beneficial, as is familiarity with Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions, web analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
Design and develop data integrations using AWS technology stack for enterprise customers.
Profile and quantify quality of customer and third-party data sources to build robust pipelines.
Develop new features and enhance existing data integrations within the customer data ecosystem.
Work with architects, consultants, and engineering teams to conceptualize and implement solutions.
Create intelligent data pipelines that meet complex technical challenges and delight enterprise customers.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in building and maintaining fault-tolerate data processing integrations using AWS.
Proficient in Python programming, preferably with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
Experience as an enterprise Data Engineer from a consulting background required.
AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate or Cloud Practitioner certification needed.
Strong problem-solving skills for production-grade data workflows and unit testing.
Collaborative mindset to work closely with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience preferred.
