What we're looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis within Capital Markets or Fixed Income.
  • Expertise with FIX protocol, XML, Oracle databases, Bloomberg TOMS, and Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical skills including gap analysis and proficiency in Excel pivot tables.
  • Experience leading projects and designing solutions across various asset classes.
  • Ability to mentor and guide diverse teams in project implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for client-focused solutions.
