What you'll do

Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to enhance Compliance processes.
Use data and analytics to improve efficiency and identify control gaps in Compliance.

What we're looking for

5-10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or related control functions.
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for risk-based compliance programs and management oversight.
Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
Process improvement mindset with structured project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
