What you'll do

Develop technology roadmaps that align with enterprise and domain strategy.
Define and support KPIs/OKRs to measure domain success from a tech perspective.
Monitor and report on the domain’s technical health and maturity.
Recommend consistent, best-practice technical solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Guide technical proofs of concept and evaluations for emerging technologies.
Partner with product and engineering teams to uncover challenges and co-design solutions.

What we're looking for

Minimum 7 years of technical and strategic experience in technology leadership.
Proven ability to develop others in solution and technical architecture roles.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management across different levels.
Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, RESTful APIs, DevSecOps, and containerization.
Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives in the P&C insurance industry.
Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
Supports enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and promotes an integrated approach across domains.
