What you'll do
- Define and lead end-to-end testing strategy for Program Motion across various layers.
- Plan and manage integrated testing cycles for WMS, SAP, integrations, automation systems, and data platforms.
- Ensure adoption of enterprise-standard testing tools like Jira, Katalon, Worksoft Certify, Postman, and JMeter.
- Collaborate with Test Data Management teams to design scalable test data solutions using the Test Data Foundry.
- Lead transition of automation frameworks and test assets from strategic partners to internal CoE for sustainment.
- Partner with warehouse automation vendors to plan and execute testing of automation components and system integrations.
What we're looking for
- 8-10 years of experience in testing or quality engineering, including leadership in large transformation programs
- Strong experience in end-to-end and integration testing across complex enterprise systems
- Experience with WMS (Manhattan Active/WMOS preferred), SAP, integrations, and warehouse automation systems
- Proven experience managing vendor/partner-led testing engagements, including outcomes-based delivery
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Katalon, Worksoft Certify, Postman, JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner, and Confluence-based reporting
- Understanding of test data management and enterprise data platforms
- Familiarity with AI-enabled testing approaches preferred
