As a Senior AI Native Engineer at the Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs), you will lead and scale world-class AI/ML professional services on Databricks, working closely with executive stakeholders to drive complex transformations. Your day-to-day involves designing enterprise-ready AI agents, architecting solutions using Databricks tools like Mosaic AI and Vector Search, establishing Lakehouse data foundations, and developing abstraction layers for seamless integration across various providers. You will also conduct workshops, proofs of concept, and code sessions with clients while ensuring robust, secure, and operational workflows in complex domains. This role requires extensive experience with Databricks, Python, Java, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps, as well as hands-on expertise with agentic orchestration tools and AI platforms like OpenAI and Anthropic.

What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years of experience on Databricks and large-scale big data projects.
Proficient in Python or Java with experience in evaluation tooling and observability.
Extensive experience deploying production systems with CI/CD and MLOps practices.
At least one year designing and shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
Hands-on experience with Databricks AI tools and multi-agent systems.
Experience working with various AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI.
