What we're looking for
3+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered systems, including LLM integrations and RAG pipelines.
Deep understanding of creative content supply chain technologies from working at an ad agency or MarTech company.
Proven ability to manage customer-facing engagements and lead technical workshops for enterprise clients.
Experience writing and reviewing production-grade code in languages like Python, TypeScript/Node.js, React.
Demonstrated skill in using AI tools daily and pushing team adoption of similar technologies.
