What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end financial reporting workstreams, coordinating timelines and validating inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and resolve complex technical accounting issues by analyzing guidance and recommending appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Develop technical accounting memos for leadership and audit review, clearly articulating issues and business impacts.
  • Ensure integrity of financial statements by reviewing balances, disclosures, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and technical accounting with SEC filing expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools for process improvement while maintaining professional skepticism.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks, ensuring operational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis.
