What you'll do

  • Develop and manage the portfolio of Supply Chain projects to drive quality, growth, reliability, and financial improvements.
  • Facilitate ideation and creation of quantified business cases for new strategic programs and supply chain network roadmaps.
  • Execute key strategic programs using project management tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
  • Own Value Capture Plans (VCP) and COGS roadmaps to drive cost reduction, avoidance, and optimization for profitability goals.
  • Lead financial and strategic planning cycles through partnership with the Supply Chain Leadership Team and ensure integration with other strategies.
  • Manage process governance, metrics, and analytics for the Spine, Sports & CMF SC Portfolio including capital, expense, and value capture.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or related field.
  • Strong project management and program management skills with experience using tools and processes.
  • Financial acumen including business case development and cost management.
  • Experience with Process Excellence/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management methodologies is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills required.
