Specialist, Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Conducts quality assurance and control activities to ensure data platform meets organizational standards.
• Designs and executes test automation using tools like Tosca and Python scripts for various testing needs.
• Manages defect tracking and resolution by prioritizing issues and providing critical thinking for solutions.
• Plans and coordinates test environments, schedules, and continuous integration pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Validates release components in appropriate testing environments to ensure proper installation and functionality.

What we're looking for

• Must have expertise in advanced SQL queries and ETL tools like Informatica.
• Solid experience in data warehousing projects and understanding of project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks, test tools, and various test activities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a self-motivated personality.
• Experience with agile testing within the software development lifecycle required.
• Test automation skills with tools like Tosca are essential.
• Preferred certifications in TOSCA Automated Specialist 1 or 2.
