Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of ERP, CRM, and legacy systems are essential. Experience in the payments space and integrating RESTful APIs is preferred.

  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to bring insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Manage pre-sales projects, coordinating proof-of-concept development and feasibility checks.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in customer-facing engineering roles like solution consultant or architect.
  • Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, API architecture, and Stripe's Connect solution.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand interactions between various applications in a platform technology stack.
  • Experience driving technical sales with top-tier enterprise-scale platforms.
