Solutions Architect, Platforms Velocity

What you'll do

• Identify and close new complex opportunities to accelerate solution adoption.
• Design end-to-end customer transformation journeys with deep third-party integrations.
• Conduct business analysis and research on customers, industries, and competitors.
• Lead strategy engagements by performing in-depth customer discovery and presenting solutions.
• Expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts to new global markets and business units.
• Manage pre-sales projects, coordinating proof-of-concept development and feasibility checks.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years experience in customer-facing engineering roles like solution consultant or architect.
• Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, API architecture, and Stripe's Connect solution.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Stripe’s Payments and Billing systems across diverse business models.
• Ability to understand interactions between various applications in a platform technology stack.
