What we're looking for

  • Over 8 years of experience developing scalable agentic AI systems and complex LLM-powered workflows.
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in MLOps principles, including CI/CD for models, automated training pipelines, and production monitoring.
  • Experience with sophisticated RAG pipelines and broader AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and Haystack.
  • Strong understanding of modern GenAI ecosystem, LLM architectures, and innovative PEFT techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in external-facing roles, including workshops and trainings.
