What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant software testing experience
  • Proficiency in Java or a similar programming language
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Ability to identify, document, and track software defects through the bug lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on quality advocacy across teams
  • Track record of reducing repetitive manual processes through automation improvements
