What we're looking for
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience with Java-based backend applications
- 2+ years designing AI-enabled products at enterprise scale
- Experience leading database and platform teams in regulated environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in the Java ecosystem (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical strategies to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and resilience for large-scale systems
