What you'll do

Lead technical design and end-to-end delivery of features for Trusted Services Lite.
Use AI coding assistants throughout the development lifecycle to generate, review, and debug code.
Define integration points between TS Lite and existing products to ensure smooth coexistence.
Drive cross-team alignment on capacity, retention, scale, and performance boundaries with partners.
Raise engineering standards through mentorship, design reviews, and clear written communication.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar agentic coding environments for AI-assisted development.
Proficiency in Java, API design, data modeling, and service-layer architecture.
Experience operating distributed, multi-tenant systems at scale with knowledge of storage and streaming technologies like HBase and Kafka.
Ability to decompose ambiguous requirements into engineering work-streams and drive execution across small teams.
Collaborative working style with clear communication skills and a bias toward measurable customer outcomes.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform internals including permissions, licensing, packaging, and Shield products (preferred).
