What you'll do

Lead technical design and end-to-end delivery of TS Lite features.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong proficiency in Java, including API design, data modeling, and service-layer architecture.
Experience operating distributed, multi-tenant systems at scale with knowledge of storage and streaming technologies like HBase and Kafka.
Ability to lead technical design and end-to-end delivery of features from architecture to production operation.
Collaborative working style with clear communication skills and a focus on measurable customer outcomes.
