What you'll do

  • Interface with LM Aero, other units, and external partners to develop and transition new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with Mil-Std-1553 and Ethernet interfaces in avionics architecture projects.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field required.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SAP clearance.
  • Experience in software engineering or systems engineering, including technical leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Agile team management and project management for dynamic projects.
  • Knowledge of avionics architecture, Mil-Std-1553, and Ethernet interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with diverse stakeholders from engineer to executive.
