What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and ETL pipelines.
Ensure governance and controls for assigned applications, including timely certificate renewals and vulnerability remediation.
Implement secure file transmissions, data validations, and reconciliation processes.
Use monitoring tools to detect anomalies, reduce MTTR, and drive incident prevention.
Partner with security teams to ensure data security and privacy controls for all applications.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and conduct root-cause analysis.

What we're looking for

3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on ownership of production integrations and ETL processes.
Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) including troubleshooting and coding within the ecosystem.
Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes, data modeling, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience using Dynatrace or BigPanda for monitoring, alerting, dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response.
Knowledge of access management, data security, encryption, and secure file transfers (SFTP/HTTPS/AS2).
Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and strong documentation and communication skills.
