Software Engineer Senior- AI Engineer

What you'll do

• - Fine-tune large language models using techniques like PEFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and instruction tuning.
• - Optimize LLMs for accuracy and efficiency through advanced sampling strategies and prompt engineering.
• - Integrate LLMs into real-world systems, including RAG pipelines and multi-turn conversational agents.
• - Serve models in production environments using modern inference frameworks like vLLM and Triton.
• - Manage the full lifecycle of machine learning projects from training to deployment and monitoring.

What we're looking for

• - Extensive experience in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models using techniques like PEFT, LoRA/QLoRA.
• - Deep expertise in deploying LLMs into production environments with RAG pipelines and API orchestration.
• - Proficiency in modern inference frameworks (vLLM, TGI, Triton) for model serving and performance optimization.
• - Proven ability to manage the full ML lifecycle from training to deployment and monitoring.
• - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and HuggingFace Transformers.
