What you'll do

Design and build Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
Own end-to-end delivery of features for Sales, Trading, and Prime business workflows.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and internal systems using REST APIs and ETL tooling.
Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
Drive engineering quality through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship of junior developers.
Support operational excellence by participating in on-call rotations and production issue resolution.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent role.
Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and security/sharing models.
Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience building integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST APIs and ETL tooling.
Solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals including testable architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in daily workflows and apply human-in-the-loop practices.
