As a Senior Software Engineer on PayPal’s dynamic development team in San Jose, CA, you will drive the design and implementation of new software features from conception to deployment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Scrum Development Analytics and Information Security. What you'll do
Drive the design and development of new software application features from conception to post-implementation.
Gather and assess product and customer requirements to define precise software specifications for new developments.

What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in Node.js for designing and developing large-scale applications with RESTful APIs, SSO, and Authentication systems.
Proficiency in React.js for front-end development, creating dynamic user interfaces.
Strong background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, and secure web application development.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, multi-threading, and database design.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and PowerShell scripting automation.
