As a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer on the Experience Foundation team at Netflix, you will design and build high-scale, low-latency services for experiment allocation and feature flag evaluation, advancing core distributed systems for real-time decisioning and decentralized allocation. You’ll ensure system reliability by participating in on-call rotations, leading incident response, and enhancing observability through metrics, logs, and traces. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with product engineering teams to simplify experimentation workflows and improve the developer experience, while shaping data integration surfaces to work seamlessly with technologies like Flink, Spark, Elasticsearch, and Druid.
