  • Focus on customer needs through a data-driven approach in engineering solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation, reliability, and monitoring for LiveSite.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 2+ years designing, developing, or maintaining secure software systems with knowledge of authentication, data protection, access control, and secure coding practices.
  • 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, Rust, or Go.
  • 2+ years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable cloud services on platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or comparable environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity at scale.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis for live site operations.
