What you'll do
Develop and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for VMS software.
Implement C/C++ software components for real-time embedded systems in flight control applications.
Create and execute software development plans, verification procedures, and test documentation.
Provide technical leadership and expertise on software domains and system-specific issues.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to the improvement of software processes and tools.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience with C/C++ and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience designing and developing real-time or safety-critical embedded systems.
Familiarity with MIL-HDBK-516C, MIL-STD-882E, JSSSEH, DO-178C standards.
Active Secret Clearance required for the position.
Real-time embedded software experience and Agile development methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, ClearCase, Git, and real-time operating systems.
