What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, including APIs and microservices.
Strong expertise in building high-performance, user-friendly web applications with a focus on usability and experimentation.
Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams involving Product, Design, and other engineering disciplines.
Background in improving conversion funnels through metrics-driven experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
Familiarity with microservices-based architecture and experience in fintech or similar regulated environments.
