What you'll do

  • Lead the creation and updating of Resiliency Plans for assigned applications.
  • Manage relationships with EIT Shared Services Teams and other key partners at manufacturing sites.
  • Provide technical leadership for global Medical Manufacturing Outlier Applications support.
  • Support strategic planning and introduction of new applications at manufacturing locations.
  • Resolve system issues, including production outages, effectively and timely.

What we're looking for

  • 4-8 years of experience in application development or support roles.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, servers, operating systems, and databases.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery for IT systems.
  • Problem-solving skills for timely resolution of system issues.
  • Technical leadership and collaboration with software vendor partners.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments preferred.
