You will work with Python, Temporal, and Postgres to lead complex backend projects from architecture through monitoring, while also enabling other teams to leverage the platform for exposing new product features. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, a passion for building APIs and developer-facing platforms, and hands-on experience using AI coding agents in development.

What you'll do

  • Strong ownership and delivery track record in fast-paced environments, focusing on technical and business outcomes.
  • Expertise in Python, Temporal, Postgres, and hands-on daily use of AI coding agents.
  • Deep understanding and experience with agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and AI tooling.
  • Passion for building agent-first platform capabilities and enhancing developer experience.
