What you'll do

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in software engineering with significant technical leadership roles.
5+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including managers.
Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in a cloud environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex multi-team software initiatives from concept to production.
Deep experience with CI/CD systems, developer platforms, or large-scale software delivery infrastructure.
Demonstrated success leading organizations using OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices including automated testing and release orchestration.
