What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in engineering teams delivering high-volume, resilient solutions.
5+ years working on transactional systems with performance tuning expertise.
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and recent work with Java and Spring Frameworks.
4+ years designing, debugging, and testing object-oriented code in Java/J2EE environments.
Experience developing cloud-native services following 12-Factor principles and using messaging platforms.
Proficiency with both relational and non-relational database technologies for performance optimization.
Advanced understanding of design patterns and coding techniques to enhance software quality.
