What you'll do

Manage incident processes to quickly resolve production issues and minimize business impact.
Identify root causes of system failures and implement improvements for stability.

Lead post-incident reviews to develop and apply preventive solutions effectively.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in production support and platform roles.
Proficiency in Java, Python, and PostgreSQL for backend service development and troubleshooting.
Experience building or maintaining React applications and working with cloud services on Azure/GCP.
Strong command of observability tooling such as Grafana, Splunk, and familiarity with distributed systems.
Proven ability to lead major incidents, conduct post-mortem analyses, and implement preventive solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
