What you'll do
Design and deliver secure, maintainable, and scalable applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
Apply modern AI-assisted development practices responsibly to generate code, scripts, tests, and documentation.
Serve as a technical lead by setting engineering direction and defining standards without personnel management.
Own the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Translate requirements into implementable technical outcomes for Power Platform projects.
What we're looking for
Experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Strong understanding of ALM practices and multi-environment delivery for Power Platform.
Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical lead experience setting engineering direction without personnel management responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, currently located in the U.S., able to obtain Public Trust (Level 4).
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and guide technical discussions.
