As a senior software engineer at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will join the Kubernetes Engine (OKE) team to build and operate large-scale managed Kubernetes services. Your role involves defining architecture for major OKE initiatives, designing distributed systems that manage Kubernetes clusters across OCI regions, and enhancing reliability, scalability, and observability of these platforms. You will work extensively with Kubernetes control plane components, networking technologies like CNI, Calico, and storage integrations such as CSI drivers, while also applying AI-assisted workflows to improve engineering efficiency. This position requires advanced knowledge in Go/Golang and Java, along with strong Linux and production operations skills, and experience in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
