As a Principal Software Development Engineer on the OCI team, you will play a critical role in minimizing downtime for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services by managing and automating incident response processes. What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering
Extensive public cloud operations experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
Proven expertise in Major Incident Management for cloud environments
Strong understanding of automation and orchestration principles
Experience with modern object-oriented programming languages
Knowledge of professional software engineering methodologies including Agile
Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Chef, Ansible, Jenkins
